How to choose your shoe size?
We basically work with the same last, which fits the same way regardless of the model. This means that if you have a pair of Arsène, you will have the same size as a pair of Jonathan or Nathan. The size you will need to choose for your next purchase will always be the same regardless of the new model you wish to order.
If you've never tried a Philippe Zorzetto model, don't worry.
It is of course preferable to come and try on one of our shoes in store so that our advisers can determine your size with you. But if you are unable to visit us, the size tables that you will find below will help you to determine with precision (95%) your size:
If you hesitate between two sizes, don't panic, we advise you to choose the smaller size because we work with soft leathers and our shoes always stretch slightly.
What are the delivery methods?
Shipping in France:
Colissimo delivery within 2 to 3 business days is complimentary. Returns are at the customer's expense.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Can we ship internationally?
Colissimo international delivery takes place within between 2 and 10 working days depending on the destination. The price is included when ordering on the site.
How are our shoes sent?
We pack your shoes with care in strong boxes, each shoe is carefully checked.
Are you away? No problem.
In case of absence, a transit advice note is left in your mailbox, which will allow you to pick up your package at the post office indicated.
Swap a pair of shoes?
An item you ordered is not the right size?
Go to your personal space, under my orders. Select the order in question, select the product(s) you wish to return by checking the box next to their name(s). (optional) Add an explanation, so that we understand the reason for this return.
You will receive an email upon receipt of the shoes confirming acceptance of the return under the following conditions:
- The shoes have never been worn.
- The shoes have not been re-soled.
- The shoes have not been polished.
- The shoes are in the original packaging.
If it is a size exchange, we will send the pair you ordered free of charge to your address.
If it is a refund, we will send you by email a voucher for the value of the returned product, valid for one year. You will thus have one year to reorder for free on the site or in store (by clicking on the coupon in your basket).
